University of Health Sciences UHS Lahore has issued Notification for Resuming Classes in Medical Colleges in Punjab.
UHS Notification for Resuming Classes in Medical Colleges
As you know that all educational institutes including medical colleges are closed due to COVID 19 since March 2020. Now after decrease in the corona cases, government has allowed to open the schools, colleges and universities with implementation of SOPs and guidelines. Similarly, UHS has also followed the guidelines of Government of Pakistan GoP and issued a Notification for Classes in Medical Colleges in Punjab. Classes of 1st year MBBS & 1st year BDS, 2nd year MBBS & 2nd year BDS, 3rd Year MBBS & 3rd Year BDS, 4th Year MBBS & 4th Year BDS and Final year MBBS will be resumed in the phases.
Following is the UHS Classes Schedule for Medical and Dental Colleges in Punjab;
1st Phase: 15th September, 2020
Final Year MBBS and Final Year & 3rd Year BDS students will resume their classes from 15th September 2020. They will not be allowed to visit college as they will attend classes in their attached teaching hospital. They will be taught in the batches.
2nd Phase: 1st October, 2020
1st Year and 4th Year MBBS and 1st year and 2nd Year BDS students will resume their classes from 1st October, 2020 in the 2nd phase. Colleges will arrange online classes for the students.
3rd Phase: 16th October, 2020
2nd Year MBBS students of all medical colleges in Punjab will resume their classes with same condition of online classes and not visiting college physically.
UHS Classes Schedule for Medical Colleges
Remember, this schedule is only for the public and private medical and dental colleges in the Punjab by the University of Health Sciences Lahore. Before this UHS has already issued MBBS Prof Date Sheet 2020 for all year profs in the Punjab. This year, MBBS and BDS Exam 2020 are late due to COVID 19.
